The Manage option in the Updates card and the label for release wave in the Updates card will be removed on February 3, 2026.How does this affect me?The Environments page in the Power Platform admin center will be updated, removing the Manage option and the label for release wave in the Updates card. When this change takes effect, a new link in the Updates card titled, "Release Wave opt-in has moved!" will be added. To help you manage metered consumption costs for Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, we will introduce a new Message consumption usage report in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The new report will give you visibility into billed messages associated with your Microsoft 365 Copilot pay-as-you-go billing policies and includes total messages consumed, cumulative and daily time series, and messages per user, per billing policy, per agent, and per agent-user pair. The new report will roll out in preview. During the preview stage, the report will display a maximum of 30 days of message consumption history. Introduction To improve reliability, compliance, and collaboration, we’re updating where Microsoft Whiteboard files created from a Teams Channel tab are stored. Previously, these whiteboards were saved in the OneDrive of the user who created them, which could lead to access issues due to sharing settings, Information Barriers, or Conditional Access policies. With this update, whiteboards created from Teams Channels will be stored in the associated SharePoint site for the channel, aligning Whiteboard with the storage behavior of other Microsoft 365 apps and ensuring consistent access for all channel members.
